People are always saying that there are never good ways to save of fresh foods! Au Contraire! There are tons of ways to save $$ on fresh fruits and veggies, I think you just have to make it a priority, have a system and be aware! DEAR $UPER $AVER: I am writing to tell you about my pet peeve when sending in for refunds or free coupons, etc. Here are my pet peeves: 1.) Why do the manufacturer’s always need the entire cash register receipt with the price circled? If I lose the receipt I can’t send for the free items. 2.)
